Key Enhancements
This release of DataTree® delivers the below nine key enhancements:
- Rearranged the top-level navigation bar for better ease of use
- Enhanced the Edit Criteria filters in Sales Comparables
- Added a link to the Subject Property page to the Property Characteristics and Property Detail Export packages
- Removed middle initials from Owner Mailing Name for Export and Mailing Labels
- Added a Quarter filter to the Township/Range/Section bundle of Advanced Search
- Added Quarter to the Property Characteristics and Property Detail Export packages
- Added transaction type to the PACE Lien Report
- Added Advantage Cascade and ValuEdge Cascade for AVMs
- Enhanced Flood Reports
