New delivery system offers Data Tree customers even more reliability and speed

SAN DIEGO, California, March 17, 2003 - We are currently upgrading our legacy server systems to a new Storage Area Network (SAN) from IBM. This new system allows us to handle maintenance, repairs, and future upgrades without affecting customer use.

What this means to our customers, is that they'll enjoy greater uptime and speed getting the documents they want.

The new system uses the latest high-density drives, redundant controllers, and fiber-channel interconnections to provide an incredibly fast and stable storage system. It includes a high-performance Generation 2 LTO tape library for rapid backup and restore operations. An early warning system and advanced SNMP management allow us to monitor the system 24 hours a day. That allows immediate response to problems before become visible to our customers, further enhancing the customer experience.
