How It WorksRefer a new customer to Data Tree and earn $100!
Do you know a business that is looking for a online property documents? If so, refer them to Data Tree and we'll have one of our sales representatives contact them. If the business you refer signs a one-year agreement with a $100 or more monthly plan, you'll receive a $100 credit on your invoice.
Referral rewards will be paid only upon service activation. Please see terms for further details and instruction.
How do I submit a referral?
Simply complete and submit a Data Tree Referral Rewards Form. The referral will be distributed to our sales team. The Data Tree sales representative who receives the lead will contact the business you refer.
How will I know if my referral resulted in a sale?
Once the business you refer enters our sales process, we will send you periodic e-mails to keep you updated on the status of your referral. If the business you refer does become a Data Tree customer, we will send you an e-mail at the time their services are installed. This e-mail will include an approximate timeframe of when you'll receive your referral reward.
Will you notify me if my referral does not lead to a sale?
Yes. We will notify you in the event that your referral is not eligible for our services or does not result in a sale within 60 days.
How will I receive my referral reward?
Referral rewards will be paid in the form of a one-time credit of $100. The credit will be applied to the billing period following the referred business' first full month of service.
Data Tree Referral Program
Referred lead must be a new customer to Data Tree. Existing customers and Data Tree vendors do not qualify as a referral for this program.
Terms & Conditions
In the event Data Tree is already working with or prospecting the referred lead, the referral does not qualify for the reward.
The referral must result in the sale of a Data Tree core service, which includes DocEdge.com, DataTree for the Desktop, and DataTree XOS.
The new customer must enter into a one-year service agreement with Data Tree, with a minimum monthly commitment of $100.
Referral reward will be paid after installation/activation of referred customer's Data Tree services.
Referral reward will be a one-time credit in the amount of $100 per new customer. Only one referral reward will be paid per customer for the first location. In the event that the referred customer has multiple locations, referring party will be paid an additional one-time credit in the amount of $50 per location up to a maximum of three locations that are installed at the same time as the original sale (if customer has more than 3 locations, please call 800.708.8463). Original sale is defined as all services for which contracts are within 30 days of each other.
Referral rewards will only be paid on the original sale, whether single or multi-location. Subsequent sales to the same customer will not qualify for referral rewards.
All referrals must be submitted by completing a Data Tree Referral Rewards Form.
Data Tree reserves the right to change or terminate this program at any time.
Relationship of Parties. Neither party is nor shall be a partner, joint venture, agent or representative of the other party solely by virtue of this Agreement. Neither party has the right, power or authority to enter into any contract or incur any obligation, debt or liability on behalf of the other party.
No Third Party Rights. This Agreement shall not provide any person not a party to the Agreement with any remedy, claim, liability, reimbursement, cause of action, or other right in excess of those existing without reference to this Agreement.
